Zoom itself is relatively new. I've only used it once or twice, but if you've been interviewing in 2018/2019, it's basically been the platform of choice for every other interview. I almost always decline to use Zoom; o

I emailed RMS on 2019-02-19, with a subject line, "What's bad about: Zoom.us". Somehow Zoom was missing from his pages as an example of unacceptable software/service (I see it's finally there, but very barebones co

You can already change the Touch Bar settings in macOS to put back the default keys as would be on the physical keyboard; the problem is that it's still not a physical keyboard, and you get phantom key presses as you lay your hands aro

There's also a lot of deception going on. The easiest way to solve many problems is through lexers, regular expressions and plain-old pattern matching. But that doesn't sell, so, they call it AI anyways.

Touch Bar sucks. I cannot wait until they start offering the option to not have the Touch Bar; it's such a gimmick; I bet I'm not the only one who'd pay more to NOT have Touch Bar, but have the physical function keys instead

Are you sure the sellers aren't allowed to disclose the fees? I believe the sellers aren't allowed to charge more on CC than the cash price. Note that the example above may be a little convoluted if you aren't too observant

I recall in the UK in 2006, in retail supermarkets, it's been disclosed that the tag price is a cash-only price. That if you pay by a credit card, then the price is 2 or 3% less, but there's an extra 2% or 3% fee for credit card
