Hard to figure out how to innovate on education (slow to change institutions) in the face of such rapid change. I actually feel my university education prepared me well for what’s going on. I studied a mix of theoretical comp science, physi

The input isn’t rich enough to generate generalizable regexes (regecies?). Would probably be better off with a text input explaining what the user wants to match. Text-to-regex includes intent.

Switzerland has a direct democracy. If 100k people sign a petition, an initiative (bill) goes to a popular vote. If this move turns out to be highly unpopular, it may be dismantled by the people.

Idk, my attorney friends are pretty darn excited about ChatGPT. The killer app would be LLM + case law database to be able to generate accurate citations in briefs, locate and reason about related cases, etc.

Will you train on accepted/regected and other responses from devs rather than just the final code, so that clients lose something when moving to a similar tool which will pop up tomorrow?

I did not intend that as an empirical observation but rather a mathematical pharmacokinetic result of fat-solubility rather than water-solubility. THC is fat-soluble and so has a higher volume of distribution which drives a longer half-life
