That seemed like the gist of it. I wasn't surprised that it was OCR'ing text, but I was floored that it recognized a URL and started firing off requests.

It's even easier than that, just use ngrok. I recorded a demo video of a web interface running locally via ngrok. Left the tunnel up while the video uploaded to YouTube so I could send it privately to a colleague and during processing

I took a client's online store gross sales from ~$15K per year to over $250K per year and I can tell you for sure, capturing sales from abandoned carts is very real. Your reasons and actions don't reflect online costumers as a who

On one hand congrats to the person who registered the channel name "status" - anyone Googling "youtube status" right now might land on their channel. On the other hand if Youtube is down then anyone landing on this perso

There's really not much to automate. The Gitlab CI/CD config file to build Hugo and publish to Pages is always the same so I just re-use it as boilerplate. Likewise the Netlify config is usually the same as well, so once you'

The first thing I do for every project is set up a development blog. Hugo + a nice free theme + Gitlab Pages + Netlify CMS. Everything is contained in Gitlab and I can keep the Pages site private and only accessible by members of the repo.

It takes about 20 min and minimal technical abilities to set up a Google App Script attached to a Sheet which can accept a POST and do literally anything with the submitted data. Obvious is to save it to the Sheet but you can also tap into

You’re using the terms backup and snapshot interchangeably but they are not the same thing. Snapshots are images and require your droplet to be powered down. Which service are you providing?

It's likely something similar to how mechanical broadheads work. The blades are situated so that in flight they are held closed with a small plastic retaining ring but on impact with the target the blades cam open. It's very low-t

Most android cameras recognize QR codes. Chrome has a QR code scanner built in, look for the icon at the top of the keyboard. Facebook has also had a scanner in their app for quite a while but of course that’s not native to Android.
