It is a shame there is not an option to force IPv4 or IPv6. It defaults to IPv6 which is good, except that because my ISP does not offer IPv6 I am forced to use a tunnel, and that tunnel gives a misleading result compared to my ISP.

It is surprising to see a service launching in 2020 with no IPv6 support.

Is it feasible to deliver a compiler as a standalone executable (e.g. * .appimage on linux or * .exe on windows)? Edit: couldn't find how to use a raw * next to text without it changing the formatting in HN.

Thanks for making this! I would be interested in support for netflow so that it could potentially work with any capable router/firewall.

So far no mention of SCTP which would have been fine if people switched to IPv6 (which more and more are every day). Instead we have this monster of a protocol emulating it over UDP.

I have heard stories about people in Ireland struggling to get certain services because their name contains a Fada, but some of the identity paperwork they have is missing the Fada due to lack of support by computer systems.

I can confirm, I am one of them. My current project is ~13k LOC and ~50 classes. It's the only way to get solutions built quickly without a mammoth of bureaucracy involved.

Thank goodness for gmane. I hate mailing lists with a passion when nntp does the same thing with less overhead. Plus, when you join a group, you get to see the entire history. It's hard to reply to a message you do not have. As a corol

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the project founder? Kickstarter does not seem to provide any way. I would like a two pack, with one of each size, but right now you have to choose one or the other.

Quite; the latest trend of "Robotic Process Automation" is quite sad. Rather than automating a bad process, you should improve the process itself.

Same here. The only 2FA method I trust is FIDO U2F. If only sites would let me federate my authentication so I have one place to manage my tokens instead of having to manage them on each site.
