I dont think youtube can run their business without infocsec personal. But the US community as a whole also doesnt seem to have a problem with working for for 3 letter agencies, so its not really surprising that youtube doesnt have to worry

Depends on the country. Germany for example doesnt allow the extradition of German citizens outside the EU unless its to the international court of justice. Before the European arrest warrant it was completely unconstitutional to extradite
