Biggest issue I’ve seen was the change of sending retail employees out for training at the mothership to doing it at the stores. That’s a huge cultural shift and a horrible horrible horrible idea.

It was disconnected for a long time after they stole it. They hopped carriers all the time as well making it difficult to keep track of who had it. The thieves were not new to this.

Azure Active Directory leaves a lot to be desired. Seem like a phenomenal miscalculation to not have this built out as a cloud service already. It would help keep more small companies in a Windows ecosystem and bring them into office 365. T

Devils advocate here but who would still use an iPhone if Google and Facebook pulled their apps? It’s all sunshine and rainbows if this ends here but if it escalated it would be worse for Apple than they think.

Someone stole 415-867-5309 from me by forging the port paperwork. My carrier refused to do a port back. I filed an FTC complaint and they couldn’t have cared less. Phones are a broken system.

Mojave was a really painless upgrade for me compared to previous upgrades. MacOS High Sierra was the worst upgrade for me. The APFS update borked my laptop and they dropped support for the integrated raid card from my 2010 Mac Pro.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 was engineered to do this. Punish blue state earners with higher taxes. These folks flee into red states and hopefully bring some jobs with them.

Its been my primary search for about two years as well. I like that it uses Yelp vs Google listings. Yelp has its issues but Google listings are usually less reliable.
