True but the consulting firm/company might find it cheaper and easier to find 'react native' devs than a swift programmer.

When have you used it last? The ecosystem around it sucks but the language itself is not too bad, es6 has made the syntax pretty bearable

Some of those things I don't understand how you can make when there are so many libraries out there, and are common things to look out for. Other than that, cool idea and cool project

? HN is a tech news aggregator. It collides often with pure programming but reading HN === buying into office programming lifestyle.

You went full straw man real quick. Where in this chain is anyone advocating shutting anything down by force? And how did we go from dealing drugs to terrorism? Time out dude, time out.

this is only true in cities, which I guess covers the majority of people, but as someone who camps across the country, and often drives there, T-mobile is terrible outside most metro areas, and I rely on my girlfriend's verizon to keep

It's highly dependent on where in the country you are. Its not ubiquitous like Verizon is. Idk why people are downvoting you for having a different experience

As a millennial, I've fallen into this work martyr trap. After the 2008 recession it was a badge of honor to have a non dead-end job and to always be hustling, to thrive despite the crash and not be a 'loser' who had to move

The keystroke tracker would be really nice. I know some IDEs store preferences in easy to parse formats like Json so I feel like exporting keyboard shortcuts to a tracker should be pretty painless

Anyone know of a good article/series dealing with this? Tooling is fine and well, but I just got bumped to a lead role, with no one more experienced than me around, and could desperately use some more guidance.

as much I say I fight it, I fall in that boat, albiet with HN, reddit, Ars, and I guess even Google news. Its all curated in some way, and of course even CNN/Reuters is a curated news aggregation by deciding which stories get run.
