Technically the UN declaration is not legally binding, so there is no legal conflict. Of course, that isn't meant to say that the declaration shouldn't be respected or that a government/nation might not face backlash for fail

Aren't Spotify deals typically coming from the record companies themselves, not the musicians? Unless artists reject the current record company model, Spotify isn't going to be able to fix this problem for them.

Liquibase is pretty solid, my company has used it across a couple of projects. Similar to your Flyway experience, it's not anything particularly amazing but it works.

When you say "The CEO or COO are inconsequential." and "But as you noted, a successful company needs a stellar COO." in the same paragraph, the obvious contradiction really weakens your argument.

I'm not an expert by any means but I imagine that, if anything, there would be increased technical difficulty in the throttling/blocking solutions that they want to introduce since that requires more logic than just giving people
