We can, tokenization is literally just to maximize resources and provide as much "space" as possible in the context window. There is no advantage to tokenization, it just helps solve limitations in context windows and training.

The numbers don't seem to bear out your impression, Hungary has higher rates overall than the UK. Perhaps there is more social mixing in the neighborhoods you visit in London vs Budapest.
