hydro is really not that green: salmons are losing their spawning runs for an example in your area. Also not renewable, because dams get filled with sediment and lose capacity over time.

I don't think OP was talking about high-voltage lines: in most of Europe high voltage is way higher than most vegetation and within cities lines run underground.

1,000 is really really low. Could it be something to do with your socket position and how they dissipate heat?

I had a very positive experience with a t480s (also switching from mac), though I use linux... The hardware feels much better for my needs than a mac: way better keyboard, matte screen and all the ports you'd expect including ethernet.

It's sourcing as in finding the source (where the herd was), as opposed to using some antique ivory for repairing a piano.

Nitpick: federal only applies to countries like the US or Germany, which are federations, I think the term you were looking for is national. As to your other claim I'm not so sure I agree with you: Italy has decriminalized all drug use

I disagree: my basis makes it easier to answer the question of how much faster can you go by exerting the same power. The point being that when you are already close to maximal efficiency the gains are very marginal.

Given a conventional chain can be up to 98% efficient then the maximum increase in efficiency is 1/.98 - 1 = 2.04%

I think it's pretty much the same in the US, even though it's sometimes less apparent. Look up the Reclamation Act of 1902: most of the West would not be cultivated without the huge public investment in irrigation which have never

It's not entirely clear how many generations this take and whether breeding with the wild population is involved though. This would be extremely fascinating if we knew this to be entirely epigenetic...

Ephesus and Bergama are great, but a lot of what's left is Roman. Paestum and the temple valley in Agrigento in southern Italy are very well preserved and mostly Greek.

The median might have done well, but we know for a fact that inequality has risen dramatically in the past 40 years, mostly as an effect of big tax cuts to the wealthy. I'd be interested in seeing an analysis dividing the population in
