Yes! Pizza stone! Best 12 euros I've ever spent. This[0] is the kind of results I'm able to get in a normal Ikea electric oven that maxes out at 250 C. Another thing you can do with it is experiment with a Weber-like barbecue... [

I didn't say you downvoted me and I'm sure you didn't, though a couple of people must have... Thus said I'm not denying that in most places a decently educated person knows about the darker side of history of their count

First of all there is a winky face in my message, it's interesting how a message in jest can trigger nationalistic sentiments (downvotes in this case). In all seriousness though, the 8th of May is still celebrated with victory parades

Well said! I would also like to add that history is also (in part) a construct of the times you live in. Greece post-1830 looks back at the ancient times while all but forgetting the centuries of Ottoman rule that also shaped the current cu

Yeah but the acceleration from gravity is constant so maybe there is just a (possibly non linear) change of coordinates that can be applied to the regular paraboloid. Also a paraboloid would work only for rays that are parallel to one anoth

You certainly can make noodles with cake flour, but I think decent noodles need at least 50% durum flour even when you're using eggs.

I have an account with an Italian bank that offers multicurrency accounts (EUR, USD, CHF, GBP + others not activated by default). If I change 1000 EUR to USD now I get 1089.90 USD, if I try to change 1089.90 USD to EUR I get 993.80 EUR, so

I see one potential drawback to this (as opposed to a vaccine), and that is the impossibility to protect immunodeficient subjects: if you have an effective vaccine you can be fairly certain that people with leukemia or full blown AIDS can b

I assembled a controller for my smoker from a cheap PID from aliexpress, a relay and a fan. It works like a charm and it's an order of magnitude cheaper than buying a complete solution.
