The reason you didn't see the bevy of popups was because you did a clean install. With an upgrade install all of your existing apps have to go through the same security steps as a new app, and they tend to do it all at once, especially

I too use the serverless image handler but it's not perfect. The documentation is really crappy and over the summer they transitioned the whole system from thumbor to sharp and didn't provide great backwards compatibility.

But the people were already there, it only happened over the course of a single day; it's not like they paid the people more because they were busier or making more orders.

From the article:“It seems to me that Microsoft should stand up and shoulder the burden of the mistake they made,” he said. “But they’ve shown no real interest in doing that, and so I’ve shown no interest in giving it to them. I don’t reall

It doesn't work like that. If a hiring requirement is not "reasonably related" to duties performed on the job (I think we can agree nicotine use qualifies), and if the selection rate is then less than 80% of a group with the

I just lost a lot of respect for John. I've worked in serious NYC restaurants for years, and made a lot of big mistakes, including serving inch-worms to celebrities. I've almost always been treated with respect and kindness when I

I would assume nobody. Unless it's explicitly stated in the Alphabet corporate charter, there's nothing that requires them to have an employee with the title President, or any employee with any particular title at all.

It's worth it if you have a lot of "secondary" devices on your network (phones, tablets, smart tvs, game consoles, IOT devices) because then you get ad blocking and no tracking for free on devices you couldn't otherwise

And the tech they do have is crappy, error prone, and inconsistent. If they could figure out how to do printing without PCClient, now that would be a business worth 47B all on it's own...

WeWork will not be in either the S&P 500 or the Russell 2000/3000 because last year they adjusted their qualifying criteria to exclude companies with multi-class share structures.[0] They didn't kick out any existing companies

This is what I use in production right now. It works well once you figure it out, but backwards compatibility with the previous Thumbor based version isn't as good (or at least correctly documented) as they say. And the previous Thumbo

The type of error that this appears to be is solved if you know what it is, you can just turn the MCAS system off and hand-trim the plane no problem. So testing the failure at a high altitude is of a relatively low risk, you've specifi
