That is not how laws work. "could be interpreted" doesn't matter when there is one clearly stated and intended interpretation.

Honestly a pretty good point, the US already has "facial recognition vans" on the road in the form of Waymos that will provide video to police upon request. In most states, I think police could also just buy a Tesla, have an offic

The video says the regulation was written 50 years ago, and just says "operators must be stationed at the controls". Autonomous tractors were not commercially available yet, it's just a well-intentioned safety regulation that

Spite about what? Elon hasn't done a single thing to harm the administration. The bill he claimed to dislike passed easily, he stopped talking about Epstein as soon as it seemed like it might cause actual problems for the president, an

This seems like an exaggeration. It was a one person company for five years, then started expanding and sold for $575M seven years later. By that time it had ~75 employees.

If you don't trust the stats, then again, how would you know what effect the National Guard has? I can give you my subjective assessment as a DC resident, which is that crime is pretty low and it's a great place to live, but that

It is far but you can take the metro to the bus, that's how I've visited. And it is a really cool museum, I would recommend it to anyone. Try to go before the shuttle is gone I guess, but they also have an SR-71, lots of satellite

The bill allocates $85 million to move the shuttle. For some reason Senator Cornyn doesn't mention that number in his press releases. The relevant text: > (F) $85,000,000 shall be obligated to carry out subsection (b), of which not

Yes of course it is on you, that's why the driver in this case was found mostly responsible. The question is whether Tesla bears any additional responsibility, not whether they are solely at fault, which they obviously aren't. >
