Yeah, but it's not like the country runs on cryptocurrencies. Let's say you get a billion dollars worth of BTC, then what? You would want to convert to fiat, both foreign (for imports) and rubles (for local projects). They can def

What does that mean specifically? Women can already press charges when they accuse someone. The problem is, many women don't. I see no evidence of women not being allowed to press charges on a mass scale. I understand it's a traum

Nobody is freaking out about anything. We're talking about due process. Being an asshole isn't a crime, rape is a pretty bad one. Assholes get hired all the time, even when it's known. Ever read Linus's emails? Yet I&#x2

Yeah, but that's what we're discussing. How do you tell if the allegation is true? I propose due process, evidence, trials. What do you propose?

What if I allege you raped me? Should you be unemployed for life now? Due process is important. Raped women should press charges, there should be an investigation, the trial, and prison time.

Religion. It's extremely powerful, especially if indoctrinated from young age. And it gets compartmentalized, when faced with opposing facts. That's why we have PhDs who believe the Earth is 6000 years old.

Video is one of a few examples when a faster SSD could make a difference. Any non-trivial operations you do on the video will still be bound by the CPU. 530MB/s is enough to completely read a 5GB video into RAM in under 10 seconds. T
