agreed Tim. A lot of it seems obvious, but it is so easy for young co's to get caught up in wordsmith'ing. VCs want the clearest picture in the fewest amount of words.

I commented below, but to answer your question: No. Our founders all graduated from a state school (in the southeast). We did have an early product in the wild and we had a few strong customer stories. I think our "key attribute"

This is the type of product that immediately makes my life and the lives of my sales people easier (Its very rare you can say that in SaaS/ sales software). If SDRs/ BDRs execute multiple follow ups (now automatically with this)

It is refreshing. I'm glad they are getting some love because they are great to work with. As far as business users go, they could drop their prices a little, but overall - they are top notch.

I'm here too; EPB is amazing. I cut cable about 6 months ago (kept 100mbps), yet they were still awesome from a customer service perspective. There is a lot of talk in the thread about public vs private - regardless of ideology - EPB

All 100% true. Big companies consistently botch this - by treating a person like a person and going out of your way to solve issues (being preemptive is even better) you can outcompete bigger competitors

I think this will be an option in the near/mid term. I've long assumed Amazon would compete more directly with both shippers & big box stores - by combining optional last mile delivery for items as well as potentially pick up

Good for us (tennesseean here). I sincerely hope these colleges are providing quality courses and lesson plans. This could be a major win for the state's workforce/ future hiring for our company here. I also think this is a great

I've described the safe (to angels/ some hesitant investors) as effectively an option to invest at the next equity round at a fixed price. or more accurately a valuation ceiling.
