I have no comments on the project itself, which I’m sure is very nice. If you’re taking suggestions, the mobile web view unfortunately captures 75% of the viewport on the side menu, it’d be nice if it were collapsible or flexible. Keep on

Very patiently, and to be honest, I think it’s kind of a gamble. I shoot my CV and the kinds of jobs I’m looking for to recruiter agencies and let them sort it out. Some call me a year later with a job opening and I take those as just an op

Usually the other way around is the case. For example, you text a friend "I'm thinking about buying a bike' and you start getting ads everywhere about bikes and motorcycles and such. WhatsApp messages say they are encrypted b

I did this as an exercise just now, and I noticed I answered mostly in networking terms. Sockets, ports, explaining what an autonomous system is and how DNS requests flow between them, explaining a TLS handshake, and HTTP and HTML and what

Nobody asked but I'd like to chime in with my method. I have a lot of aliases, for example to start my QEMU VM with my development stuff in it, I make an alias for 'qemu-system-x86_64 [...]' with all the switches and devices

If space is a concern I'd venture a guess that you live in a dense urban area. Try buying a batterypack + low-end smartphone to use as a hotspot, and go outside to work. To a park, or a cafe, or if you can afford it, a coworking space.

How did you get into e-ink screen programming? I read here that e-inks are a market dominated by one company and that all the toolchain is owned by them, did you make your tools yourself? Nice product, btw.

I espouse a belief that apps have two cycles, one of growth, another of exploitation. In the first, cash is burnt/used to give free goodies and provide good quality services. Rents are a byproduct and not a goal during this phase of th
