Completely anecdotal, but everytime I get a hard run in - especially in the evening I stay up way later than I typically would even if its hours before I try and sleep. Lifting is the opposite and helps me fall asleep. Maybe try running in

I was lucky growing up in Kentucky, behind my parents house was roughly 20 acres of woods that couldnt be developed due to flooding. Was a great place to play at all ages growing up - playing cowboys and indians, paintball, setting up a ‘bm

Thats true, I thought I always heard binge drinking was a bigger issue in America v Europe where its not as strict. Never looked into the data though so I could be completely wrong

Probably highly dependent on the location of the actual retail space though, a run-down mall that's been vacant since the 90's will still be considered in those calculations of total retail space even though its highly undesirable

While ive only been a dev for a bit over a year at my current company we use JIRA and its been pretty easy to understand and work with. Issue comes in a tester and dev is assigned work is tracked through the issues ID and you just move the

When I got into lifting I was told not to do static stretches like quad pulls or arm across chest ect but to work on dynamic stretches like leg swings and foam rolling just to get blood flowing to those areas and then to do static stretches

I hope programs like this work and continue to help out my fellow Kentuckians. Beyond coal, factory, or retail jobs the opportunities for work in eastern kentucky and appalachia in general is bleak.

Ive done DMT probably 10-15 times in my life so far but quit all recreational drugs ~3 years ago. My last trip being the most intense; me and a friend used a dabbing rig and poured about a gram of dmt onto the heated metal nail - for 20 min

I feel about the same. From the time I was 14 I was smoking pot nearly everyday until about 3 months ago when I decided to cut it out of my life completely. I really dont have an exact 'why' but I came home after work one day look

Hah, could be a strength thing but most of the guys/gals Ive spoken with about it seem to join choose bjj over another martial art for the brain safety. Way less chance of a concussion in grappling than boxing, kickboxing or muay thai

Surprisingly a noticeable chunk of the people in my bjj classes were software engineers. A lot higher percentage than in my boxing or muay thai classes.

Ive thought about this idea. You could potentially make an influencer marketplace that brands could search through to find a specific influencer that matches the demographic theyre looking to target.
