Do you exercise consistently? Hows your diet?
- newsbinator 7y agoI get decent aerobic exercise 3 times a week or more. I should start lifting again. My diet is mostly veggies, eggs, chicken, fiber cereal, nuts, berries, and chocolate.
- rexpop 7y agoWhat's on your mind, while you're trying to sleep?
- newsbinator 7y agoWell, that is the question, isn't it? I feel like I dream all night long. Random dreams- nothing that speaks to a particular worry.
- rexpop 7y agoThen, what's the concern?
- discreteevent 7y agoThat a little machine with a motion sensor and a few if statements is determining the quality of their sleep. (In fairness they also complain of being tired)
- rexpop 7y agoIt's their complaint that concerns me.
- newsbinator 7y agoThe concern is feeling tired all the time, mainly. My fitness band's "Deep Sleep" count seems to correspond to how tired I feel, even before looking at it.
- bongo662 7y agoCompletely anecdotal, but everytime I get a hard run in - especially in the evening I stay up way later than I typically would even if its hours before I try and sleep. Lifting is the opposite and helps me fall asleep. Maybe try running in the morning and lifting in the evening if thats an option for you. Your diet looks on point though it doesnt look it would cause any issues. Maybe try reading 1 - 1.5 hrs before you'd sleep to help clear your mind.
