Yep. And there is the problem. I don't want options to buy anything. I want shares. Actually, I want cash.

I disagree. Value is the financial impact something has, as opposed to cost, which is what it takes to produce, or price, which is what it sells for. Most of business is creating something that costs little to produce and can be sold as clo

I've always gone with: 1) Create Value 2) Monetize Value But I see how a third team makes sense. 3) Manage Value?

Logic is a tool. Like all tools, they hold no value until given a purpose, then they take on the value of the task they solve. (Just my opinion. Agree or disagree. That's cool.)

The thing I think that would make this interesting is how the strategy changes as players are knocked out.

I spent the afternoon with friends playing on a vive in a dedicated room. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't leave the experience wanting to own my own setup. Partly the newness of the tech is to blame, and the games were retrofits of t

You are comparing when things go wrong with a centrifuge to every single use of this device. How would you contain the microscopic airborne particles?

Cool idea but it can't possibly be safe to spin infected blood on a device such as this.

Google lost a lawsuit in Germany a few years ago. Evidently German law says that if a customer reaches out to a corporation, that corporation must have a human respond. It's not good enough (as google argued) to use an email auto-respo

I'm also very interested in this area of AI. It does seem like it is due for a resurgence. I wonder a bit if there is a bias against the gaming aspect of it. The jumps in poker have been kind of neat lately. Would like to see more vari

When they passed the regulation I thought there would be a flood of broker companies trying to get the $2K (i think that was the limit) from as many people as possible. So far it doesn't look like there has been a flood. Any idea why?

I just signed up for the beta. Looks interesting. It did have to do a double-take as it looks to be part of Medium, which just shut down two major offices and laid off a bunch of people today. Hoping for the best!

Wow. I'm surprised at the negative thoughts about SQL. I didn't realize I was an outlier. I'm grateful that it doesn't look like other languages. The format it uses is really easy to generate using other languages, which

I agree that the real solution is that there has to be a pay model that works. I don't want to pay $99 per year for every newspaper site I might visit, but I would pay $99 per year for some consolidated and trustworthy news source that

Sorry. You are absolutely missing the point of my posts. I know it can feel good to tell people they are wrong, but you are off the mark. The point was WebRTC could kill these technologies, all of which are proprietary or one-trick ponies.
