To answer your question in a very simple way: suppose sears goes bankrupt and the bank wants to sell off the assets of the company to recoup some of its loss. The name "sears" has a value and is something that can be sold.

There was a project I started a few years ago but abandoned. Is it fair to do that project again if I’m starting with a new codebase?

What city are you in? That is absolutely nothing at all like anything I’ve ever experienced in any of the Costco’s I’ve ever been to! That sounds terrible! Honestly you should send them an email a lot this, especially getting run over by

Where do you camp otherwise where you are seeing all this trash? Even in developed sites I don’t think I’ve ever seen what you are describing here. Definitely nothing even remotely like that once you get a little further from the trail. T

The most worrying thing is that the media machine seems to want this recession to happen. It's madness. It's like they want to destroy the world's economy for their own short-term click metrics.

Yes it will. I’ve talked with many people who simply don’t know how their body reacts to certain foods (glycemic response). Having that data, and seeing what a milkshake does to your body is huge.

I just wanted to say that I love this post. There is a huge space around """fitness""" devices that are running around the FDA regulatory process. I think there is going to be a huge health revolution by makin

It looks like bisq is basically a clone for localbitcoins. To do a trade, you still have to send USD back and forth via paypal, ACH, etc. It seems like you'd run into the same money changer law violations that have been used to nail

Wework phoenix is $700/person/month. A 5 person team in a tiny shared office is $3000/mo. Some of my friends rent nice offices in boring industrial parks for less than that, and have 6 private individual offices, 2 bathrooms

Is there anybody here who actually uses these spaces? How do you justify the costs? If I was an early investor in a company, and I learned that they were spending those sorts of amounts on office space, I would be furious.
