Legit! We’re also working on the same exact type of CRISPR (Cas13) to treat/prevent CoV (as an extension of the Bit Pharma Bio Firewall project we’ve been thinking about for ~7years) here: https://github.com/bionicles&#

My sales buddy played me this audiobook during a cross country road trip, it’s about the voice in your head, mostly the type of simple advice no one gives but it’s useful to hear spelled out explicitly, worth a listen The Power of Now by Ek

Looks great until they hit the ELISA (antibody test) which requires pre-existing antibodies for the target. That’s like when you search for your keys under the streetlight when you dropped them in the dark. Anything novel becomes an expensi

This is cool because it can help quickly determine structures if the virus mutates. However, the obsession with structural biology isn’t necessarily optimal, because we’re talking about shapes of things (analog, constantly changing) instead

I’m not a doctor, but fusing a complement activator to a natural enzyme and megadosing it is a horrible idea because it’s gonna trigger complement activation in the context of a self protein, which could cause major autoimmunity, and ACE2 o

Since protein folding is “solved,” you can make pathogen proteins with wildly different DNA to fool algorithms used to identify bioweapons. No bueno because baddies can order nasty germs printed cheap! There are no bug bounties for bio bugs

one way around this is to develop platforms which apply to a range of diseases. why reinvent some fancy shape of atoms for each disease? it's entirely possible to develop something which works on cancer and coronavirus. just look at CR

Since when did the definition of a disease require the existence of a cure? This whole topic feels like semantic quibbling...we could spend more time designing anti-aging plasmids and less time debating which human sounds to use It doesn’t

Kudos for infrastructure as code. Surprisingly many companies, particularly database companies, don’t deliver infrastructure as code yet, which makes it harder for their prospects to become paying customers. One way to make your examples be
