I drove a 2001 TDI Golf for 12 years and used mostly Biodiesel. Not a chemist. The fuels pollute differently, as they aren't chemically identical. Bio creates more soot when it burns as it's not as efficient of a burn. But the ma

If most of the comments here are about how this is pretty hostile and unfriendly, how is it on the front page? The Silent Brojority?

That's a terrifying read for anyone doing complex javascript in a browser. Or just don't use Promises ;-)

Awesome to see a big name company set specific goals for gender and racial diversity. I can't wait for the end of the "almost every meeting is all white dudes" era. And much respect to Tracy for moving the needle.

So now that Apple is saying you can't make money on the mobile web with iOS, everyone will have to make an app with unblockable ads. Great for the app store. What happens to discoverability when your content isn't on the mobile we

I would appreciate the ability to add a custom user agent to the request so that this could run on sites that detect a mobile user agent and change accordingly. This is good stuff. Great performance checklist.

I manage a large isomorphic app (m.trulia.com), and it's wonderful for our specific use case: Mobile website offering an app-like UI. All our node layer does is route requests, make API calls to our non-javascript business logic /

Is this like Angular in that it can't be run on a Node/io.js server to generate HTML? Any isomorphic plans for it's future?

As someone who's been waiting for that '0.12 soon' for over a year, io.js releasing as announced is amazing (even more-so is their open communication). By comparison, @nodejs announced on Dec 17th, 2014 that 0.11.15 was &quo

Have you ever been harassed? It's a much deeper situation than being aware of your rights, etc. And, if you assume that working at Google means you're smart, it means her harassers are just as smart as she is, and also aware of wh
