Very sorry. Speaking from experience, this is exactly how it is. When there's a serious medical situation, the focus is necessarily on the bills. They even send you separate envelopes for every little line item and provider, staggered

I don't know you, but I'd wager that in order to be able to say things like this, you're very privileged. And it's leading you to say extremely ignorant things.

Some people don't have family. Friends are good at help that's very limited in time, extent, and especially cost.

Yeah, that's the pretty answer, kind of like "Cops are there to protect you" or "Poor smart kids get scholarships." That stuff exists in theory, but whether it materializes for you is arbitrary. The government can f

I think I could do it in 2 days tops, to the same level of polish, using only my personal iOS game library. I've been a game developer for more than 20 years, though.

Ok, this is the most idiotic Internet comment I've ever responded to, but here goes. Rappers are more akin to poets than musicians, the way you are using the word musician . The musicians in rap are called producers - they make the ba

I relate to straight shooters who say what they see. I understand that fronting, ass covering, being indirect, and speaking the mel[odious] language of business are ways to play the game. Mention of IQ induces reflexive invocation of multip

I think programming is easy. When I sit down to code something, it feels deterministic, and everything falls into place. I attribute this to: 1) IQ 3 standard deviations above. If I hadn't been this way when I started, I probably would

I have a prototype I wrote sitting on my phone right now that has very similar mechanics. But I don't believe for half a second that, had I finished it, it would have achieved one ten-thousandth of the success. In the age where anyone

I think you're off-base. Rather, the conceptualization of game theory is so all-encompassing of the dynamics of agents interacting in a resource-rich environment, that it can't help but make an informative metaphor for 'life&

The onus for fixing the "us vs. them" situation is on the police. It's part of their job. I've seen police successfully practicing those soft skills with civilians many times.
