Having used Angular, Ember, Spring and Rails, I'd say that's a bit unfair. Spring and Java are significantly more verbose than Rails. I wouldn't say Angular is more verbose than Ember to the same extent (it is, but not the sa

Sure, me too. However, using the incorrect abbreviation (and thereby referencing incorrect timestamps) is certainly not going to have any positive effects on the situation.

It's a huge pet peeve of mine when people use EST when we're in daylight savings time. This, presumably, should be 12:23 EDT. Also, it's not back up.

A great idea, but do you think pulling out one of these is going to put the mind of the TSA agent who wants to examine your phone at ease?

Would be nice if there were some way to thumbs down/always ignore particular artists. Chris Brown, for example.

I spend a lot of time with my wife's older relatives, and I have picked up quite a bit of it. The most confusing to me is the positive usage of the word 'anymore', e.g., "It seems I always wear these shoes anymore."

This is the main reason my wife and I moved from NYC to Pittsburgh. The people I know who still live in NYC end up spending much of their salary hiring people to watch their kids, and then there's the competitive nature of getting kids

As a software engineer, and recent Pittsburgh transplant coming from NYC, I think it's ok here. The only part that's hitting me pretty hard is food... it's pretty much incomparable. I have been trying to find decent Indian

Scala doesn't have a metric ton of problems. It has some problems, sure, but it has a lot of nice features as well.

I think there are a lot of usability problems with the start and end fields. I entered "57th and Broadway" into the start and saw the following results: * Broadway & 57th Street, Woodside, NY Broadway & 57th Street
