I appreciate what you're doing but we buy DocuSign so the problem is far far away from us. This turns it into a problem we have to manage ourselves or a problem of finding a vendor stable enough to host your stuff that will make it not

Depends where you are but contracts and other legal documents are only ultimately enforceable in court usually. Electronic signatures tend to shorten that process somewhat as they provide signatory verification, contract integrity and ID ve

This is naïve. DocuSign's main sell from a commercial perspective is it separates the parties into the signer, the signee and the authority. If the authority is the signee or the signer then it could be considered unfair. And really no

Have you been to a hamfest recently? Do you want half the participants getting your details?

I'm using a pixel 7A at the moment. It's fine. In fact it just replaced my iPhone 13 Pro because it has serious issues As for the iPhone, they mostly just work yes. For a price. Even the old ones are overpriced.

Also Google Pay stops working half way through a journey across London meaning you end up in a massive human pile up. SMS messages stop getting received suddenly at least once a quarter usually when I'm in the middle of fucking nowhere

Evri / Hermes have got their act together recently. Least unreliable delivery company.

Try that with most retailers and the conversation ends at delivered. Your only option is to hit them with a summons and that's not a guarantee. So with due respect that reality doesn't exist. One reason I buy stuff from Amazon mos

I could have indeed but that would be his risk if he didn't obtain proof of purchase or take an invoice or sales receipt from me. Paperwork exists for a reason.

I had a POD, invoice, proof of purchase with serial number on it. Basically evidence. If the police can't take evidence and solve a crime then fuck 'em.

Lucky there. UK here. A couple of years back I had a macbook pro delivered to me. It was delivered to the correct number on a different road. The POD had a photo of the front door and the person. I recognised the front door as it was on a l

I would love a Thinkpad with this in it and Windows 11 on ARM. If it worked as well as a mac did and had the same or better battery life.

Can you do 150% fractional scaling on a 27" 4K monitor in any Gnome based desktop? Dell? I have a cupboard full of ones I've murdered and a limping one. No thanks.

Have you tried looking at the service manual? The only replaceable FRU is the top cover with keyboard and battery assembly. Nope. $30 - but not much fun getting it out...

It'll only show ads if you don't pay for O365. And Google do the same with GMail. I am paying for O365 family so none of my family get that. And I think I paid £59 for it last time with some voucher scamming. That gives everyone,

This is a design flaw of all macbooks at the moment. Basically the keyboard is riveted into the top case and the battery is stuck to that as well. That means they have to pretty much transplant the logic board and the screen into another sh

Actually we were using it correctly according to many common patterns we were using. It was however, just bad at it compared to even a relational DB.

I think postgres handles all those scenarios absolutely fine too. Edit: worth noting when you under-engineer something for Redis, it's far more difficult to get it out again later than it is to add more schema to a relational DB.
