I’m Dutch and we’re noted for our directness and bluntness. So my tolerance for fake flattery is zero. Every chat I start with an LLM, I prefix with “Be curt”.

128 GIGABYTES of memory? I didn’t even know that was possible. I know your point was that the sleep malfunctions, but I am curious: this is a beast of a machine, what do you use the memory for? Do you ever quit an app completely? Have you e

Yadea, the manufacturer from the article, also has shown a motorcycle. It's called the Kemper and supposedly should be available in Europe, according to this article from a British importer (dated March 2025). The trouble is, I can

Nice and short video. Demonstrates Vim, which seems like a sizable piece of software to get compiled with a subset of all Linux syscalls.

These hardware issues (too hot, unstable), are they due to installing Fedora? Or is that typical of the Framework Laptop 16?

Oh gosh, that's interesting. I bet that complicates using using errno. Or is errno somehow copied into a local variable?

Yes and this actually is the same when you publish an app in the App Store.

Weird how you're downvoted. IMHO, it should not stop its construction, but it's an interesting question. Undoubtedly, after dumping soil on the bridge, shrubbery and even trees will grow, so yes, it could act as a wildfire bridge.

I wonder why they didn't opt for your suggestion for multiple modest projects. The article doesn't mention it, it only says: > National Park Service began a decades-long study of the region’s mountain lion population that the 1

There's option 3, and that's: don't say anything, strike some passages and sign it. Whether that's a good idea, that depends on the circumstances but I'm just noting it as an option.

Personally I feel it's okay but kinda weird. I mean why not call it privacy. Gray pattern, IMHO. For example venice.ai simply doesn't have a privacy setting because they don't use the data from chats. (They do have basic tele

You could simply add a par2 file but the default setting makes it pretty big. I just tried on an 876 kB Word file. And I got a bunch of par files totaling 1158 kB. The man page says it'll correct up to 100 errors.

Yes, fencing is very costly especially because cows are strong. I grew up on the countryside and learned a couple of things. Fencing not only needs to be built but also maintained. You can also use electric fences but that's basically

So to summarize. In the old situation, you write CREATE TABLE statement at the start of the project. And when you add a feature, you have to write an ALTER TABLE script. In this new situation, you just change the CREATE TABLE script. And Su
