I don't think you understand the concept of governance. This is not Tesla's board.

Well, in the whole brouhaha back in November many people pointed out that two women were forced off the board and replaced with two men.

He was trying to convince one of the independent directors to resign, leaving him with a 3-2 majority on the board which would be illegal under California non-profit law.

He went from controlling three seats on a six-member board to having one seat "as CEO" of a seven-member board looking to add even more independent members. Also, he can't pull the "the board can fire me at any time&quo

This is a bizarre take. We hear nothing from the board. Obviously, they are waiting for the lawyers. Meanwhile, everyone else is leaking like crazy. It's a power play, but it appears defensive.

Nice work. The IRS proposed regulations in 2017 that contributions from DAFs should be treated as if they came directly from an individual donor, but they are still waiting on final regulations. https://www.irs.gov/pub/

OpenAI has received $60 million in donations throughout its existence. $40 million came straight from Musk and the other $20 million came from Open Philanthropy. Musk has said that he donated $50 million, so he may have given $10 million

I don't understand why people refuse to see it. They had a nine-member board with three insiders but three independent directors resigned so they were split 3-3. The board was split on choosing new directors so they were at an impass

Best Buy always has a low-end unit for rental property. They usually last for a good long time. I have a 30-year-old fridge that I would seriously consider getting repaired if it ever stopped working before I would buy a replacement.
