I don't think the slope of the line is damning but if there are outliers that throw the slope that much off, that may be a sign there's not enough data. Also if you change the slope the effect size diminishes because the left side

They only measured response for the next three days. Is it possible k has an effect for longer than three days while placebo only lasts three days or so?

I'm losing the train of thought here. Smart people are the ones least likely to be able to defend themselves? I think it's enough to say that it harms some people (ESL) more than others and leave it at that.

It's not, like, a big secret that the principal of long dated treasuries fluctuates more when rates move. The thing is that banks don't look at these as something with a market value. Instead it's an instrument that guarantee

I would say humans are pretty good at pattern matching, and thinking of my brain as a "statistical engine" has a lot of intuitive appeal. We are always piecing together an understanding of a scene based on imperfect data.

Except an MMF is literally not an investment. It's a form of savings. There's nothing invalid about saving. However whether you want to invest or save has very little to do with "circumstances" and everything to do with

I mean a MMF is not really an investment. It's a place to park your cash when you don't want to invest. Obviously other investments are riskier in the short term, but there's less risk long term in that you aren't guaran
