This is really well done. But it saddens me that out of thousands of companies in SV, there are only about 5 represented on that graph. And 101 is sitting still, clogged with one-passenger-cars for the entire peak period. What we need is so

Can we amp up the creativity in naming these things? Coffeescript, Tabasco Sort, Sriracha UI, Bacon Reduce?!

I don't think the class limit is 255, it is still a fuzzy number as the post declares. Here, I've modified the codepen to include another 256th class, and the CSS declarations on that class are applied to the element. http://codepen.io/ano

Very well done. I'll have to look up your smoke animations in the code.

You don't have to hold it any closer. I assume that there would just be less on the screen. Better to optimize for reading comfort than packing as much as possible on to the screen.

I don't think Amazon would ever go the brick-and-mortar route, but having these facilities in major metropolitan areas might enable it to have a lot of 'Pick up at location' kind of shopping.

Creepy shit. If I want to acknowledge a post, I can already comment on it, or do a passive like. And how exactly does fb decide that something was seen? I might not even have bothered to read the entire message. Is there any way to "unsee"

Really cool implementation, but goes on to show how noisy twitter data can be. Quite a lot of repetition, spam and irrelevant photos.

You can't justify poor design by saying that he could have use scrollbars. It is clearly the designer's fault to not have thought of this.

Did he just say, in very nice terms, that Facebook stock is still overvalued?

I assume it was financially healthy for a very small group of people within Facebook. Most of the employees would be on lockdown before they can sell their stocks on the public market, no?

It seemed to me that the fundraising is mostly to make a bunch of noise. When your company is growing by leaps and bounds, and the only limiting factor is that you're cash-strapped, a round of this size makes sense - not with the numbers/us

Isn't tax evasion speculation rather than concrete proof in this case? It seems that it was clearly communicated that the reason for giving up the citizenship was his residency in Singapore for an indefinite time.

It's quite ironic really, that the article sneers over 'hype' and proceeds to do, unabashedly, just the same. I think Quora is a good product, it did not get the stickiness it deserved, and they tried well by adding features that brought in

I think it would be very useful to track auxiliary keys such as delete, shift etc too. Personally, I tend to use delete a lot as I am a lousy touch typist, and this would help me visualize how bad the problem actually is.

I understand the desire for these news websites to have a visual that can be called an Infographic - it is hot link bait these days. But this one is so poorly designed that it's unworthy. Why are there two phones in the background? And with
