If a person would only read the article, they would find out that it wasn't poor people squatting in the homes. Rather it was people who did it to make a quick buck. And that one case of a poor person, it was rented out to them by some

Because most other tech companies (except for a few of the very biggest ones) won't touch that business with a 10 foot pole. It used to be major reputational damage to be seen supporting things that kill people, etc... The non tech com

I misread the 13 for an 18. It is 13x with a relatively wide confidence interval. Another commentator pointed this out to me.

I stand by my statement about name calling. The person who has had covid is less likely to spread it to others than someone with just the vaccine. I see little point in forcing them to take the vaccine much less enforce a vaccine mandate. I

There are multiple vaccines out there that don't have such stringent requirements. Even the J&J vaccine doesn't have those requirements.

As far as you taking it, pretty much yes. The unvaccinated can take it. That is of better community benefit. There is barely any additional protection for you.

You are a name caller. There are downsides to getting the vaccine. I know people who were down and out with side effects to the vaccine for a week. If this is accurate, then people who had covid are 18x protected vs those vaccinated. Maybe

This is a near industry wide abusive practice. Facebook started forcing companies to use Facebook Credits and then forced a 30% cut. Zynga balked. Zynga and Facebook came to secret arrangement. If you were smaller, you were SOL. EDIT: http

Have you tried disabling various iCloud features? Disabling iCloud is incredibly buggy. I tried disabling iCloud keychain and it just flips back on. Sometimes it asks for a login first. Sometimes it shows a cancel/continue modal. Eithe

If you revitalize economically depressed areas then there is less demand for housing in the hot areas thus precluding the need to build so much housing in those areas. So focusing on building housing in the hot areas does not address the r

Bad leadership in the political ranks. The problems that California has has hurt it for many years. We just have been able to get away with it due to tech and entertainment money largesse. The progressive wing is against desalination plants

You need to add sales tax and property tax possibly. Sales tax is approximately 9%. Property tax is about 1% of inflation adjusted value of the property.
