You should edit your comment, it comes across as being in poor taste. There's this idea that people of one race have a very hard time seeing differences in other races: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-race_effe

What is the point of growth if you can't make a successful business? Legitimate question here. I always had a hard time understanding, especially in regards to companies that are still not profitable or just barely after 10 to 20 years

I mean me personally I won’t pay as much anymore when they enforce it, I pay it for my parents that live in another state and I only watch their large tent pole shows a couple times a year. Rather than paying for the whole year I’ll pay for

If you're in the US then you have a slam dunk case in regards to sex based discrimination. This is why title 8 has been codified into law for over 50 years (with even more protections added to it). https://www.eeoc.gov/

I don't really think it's a conspiracy or ideology (lol). Teachers pay extremely poor in the vast majority of states in the US. I mean a scrum expert makes more than an elementary school teacher. Wages absolutely have everything t

I feel like you can't be a great designer if you neglect human interfaces, at that point you're just an artist. Nothing wrong with that, but good design it is not.

Can you please justify the "churn" stated in the article about a worker needing to see a medical professional due to an infected tooth, then shortly getting fired one week after the event automatically with zero conversations betw

No it’s actually much easier to correct at the government level because it forces bad actors to rectify their behavior. Blaming the individual is such a weak argument, especially since the deck is stacked against you as an individual.

Do you apply these same arguments to other moral hazards like pollution? Wanting to regulate social media (when there are no meaningful regulations) is hardly tyranny.

How can you argue it’s a lack of discipline when companies like Meta and Google literally hire psychologists to make their products more addicting? Why should society pay the price for their malfeasance?

I don't need many sides of a story when there is one damning example of a human needing to see a medical professional then getting fired shortly after because no leader at Amazon took 5 seconds to think if this was compassionate or not

It's kind of interesting because Amazon has built a reputation for being absolutely ruthless to their workers (not just delivery or warehouse). You have the notorious NYT article from 2015 (the article mentions this): https:/

If people lose their jobs or relied on margin to pay for their needs, they will absolutely sell their primary residence. Especially if you have zero cushion to weather any shock event.

It’s not. I know a person that ended up paying probably $10k for an interview coach and leetcode tutor that ended up leaving their $90k job at Accenture to making $600k at Netflix. I wish I got returns like that at the market.

No not all e2e frameworks are flakey. Cypress allows you to intercept network calls with ease. The same can be done in Playwright as well.
