Porting a game to SteamDeck my friends did. The game is python based with a bespoke OpenGL game engine. Got a native linux build out a week ago. Currently working on controller support.

Because SSH might be blocked, and not only trough port 22 blocking but firewalls sniffing traffic and blocking on OpenSSH in the connection (eg. SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_8.1).

Nice find! Thanks. I have some other tools for being productive from "constrained" environments. I'm running ttyd [1] exposed trough nginx (to deal with auth and ssl) which gives me a terminal in the browser (using xtermjs).

Interesting talk. Too bad I don't have my old S3 lying around somewhere. Friend lost some bitcoins on his old S3 which died in this way. Having one of those S3 phones turned me away from Samsung phones for good.

There are 2 types of probes: readiness and liveness [1]. Define your readiness probe so it passes when you are ready to take the traffic (eg. connected to the db). [1] https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod
