What's the need of stigmatizing these people? If they did wrong, they have been fired for it. They don't need to be permanently punished for a mistake. That won't help anyone.

Sadly it's an unhealthy profession. Spending 8 hours a day sitting on a chair with your neck fixed in the same position watching a screen harms your body a lot, even if you try to keep a good posture and do stretches from time to time.
