They previously pinpointed the iPad 3 launch date: http://www.imore.com/ipad-3-announcement-march-7-quadcore-4g... http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/technology/2012/02/apple-ipad-ev... and the iPad mini has been talked about a lot in the past

same idea. I've tried that design. for some reason I didn't ever feel like I had a great grip on it and pushing buttons right-to-left felt weird to me.

ah interesting. When I use a regular mouse, I click like crazy - I think more than needed, so that might explain it. For the vertical mouse, I don't find I click as much. fwiw, I also use http://www.marcmoini.com/sx_en.html - which allo

Good luck. If it doesn't work out, and you haven't already tried this mouse, give it a shot: http://www.amazon.com/3M-Ergonomic-Optical-Compatible-EM500G... I like it a lot. Use my thumb to click.

The answer is probably a lot. Certainly enough for one person to comfortably live on, and probably much more than that. http://siteanalytics.compete.com/funnyjunk.com/ Compete's analytics aren't great, but give you a ballpark (big, small

Problem with buying Reddit is that you would still never really own reddit. If digg's fall has taught us anything, it's that heavily community-driven sites are owned by the community. Try to make any major/unpopular changes in direction or

Doesn't do columns, but does do multiple tabs. I was reluctant to switch to tabs from columns too, but it's my preferred Mac client now. Also supports a "mini" tweet view which makes it work more like an email client. http://yfrog.com/oera

My initial reaction was that $1 million seemed low to replace their advertising revenue for a year. I don't know the site statistics, but they have a large staff, and are a very popular site. Gaming/entertainment is a solid area of advert

So the trick is that Apple tells App devs that the minimal tappable UI element at 44x44 points. - The original iPhone had a PPI of 163PPI - The original iPad had a PPI of 132PPI The 44x44 point recommendation was the same for the iPhone and

Part of the point of the article is that it would not really add another resolution that devs would have to account for. A 7.85" iPad could have the exact same resolution as a non-retina 9.7" iPad and still have the same pixel density as th

This seems ridiculous. This belief doesn't scale past a few programmers/employees. If you are "doing it right", your time should be worth far more than a programmer's salary. I run several websites/businesses. At one point I was doing all t

Well, also, NeXTStep's application bundle was .app http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Application_bundle So, Apple's usage of it probably came from NeXTStep (still Steve Jobs) which became OS X, which was also basis for iOS.

I acknowledge that jumping from a to b to c (low salt to low blood pressure to less death) has gaps in causality. But why do you not take objection to his uncited assertions that low salt intake and bad outcomes together imply causality?
