Sometimes you want apps that are silo'd off and are not connected to the entire web. Mobile apps can provide users with a better experience since they are more locked down in terms of permissions

I disagree. Once you increase your knowledge of AWS and associated systems, you can decrease cost of what you are doing through tips like what you see in this article. I don't quite get the point about optimizing cloud costs solely by

I disagree with the premise of the article, since it takes the POV of an experiences trader, but that isn’t necessarily the whole story. The alternative for a lot of Robinhood traders wasn’t / isn’t trading on e trade or another platfo

I disagree with some of the things that this article is saying since there are ways to fundamentally do the same scam, but not make it so incredibly obvious that it's a scam. Or, the user could cause disruption in other markets that ar

If my 2000 person intro to computer science class required roll call, not only would everyone not fit in the lecture hall, but attendance would take the whole class period.

I think that the biggest thing about slack is just how nice it is to use. I remember first trying it for groups in college, and it was a godsend compared to most messaging services.

The optimistic scenario is that Tesla is so far ahead of the curve in self driving capabilities that they become toyota sized in terms of cars sold, while mainaining the low gross margins on software sold. Tesla is largely a software play,

I have had a different experience with working at AWS. I've heard really terrible things working in retail, but AWS has been a pretty good place to work, with normal 9-5 hours. I can go more into detail about how my experience has been

The only point of certification is signaling. Right now there is only 1 (Ga Tech's OMSCS) online program that would be a positive signal. On the other hand, including an online certification in most resumes would probably be a negative

Undernourished != starving, and 821.6 million != 1 billion. While there is plenty of work to do left, theres a lot of progress that has been made so far and its important to recognize that.

I think it's interesting how one prediction that they made was that 1,000,000,000 would be starving. However, the massive reduction in extreme poverty[1] that the world has made, especially since 2000, is amazing and under-covered. Tha
