If we found a planet with 350 billion humanoids, we'd say Earth is dying . Until the last program is written, and the last machine to run that program stops.. can't really say it's dead.

I went to a lot of chess tournaments as a kid, and I never noticed this phenomenon. I can only name a few GMs that were on the fat side, though. Not eating is, I think, part of it. Usually a tournament with 40/2+1 time control spaces

Off the top of my head, Ted Lieu has a CS degree, so it’s likely. There are 4 congressmen total who have CS degrees [1]. Not to say a music major can’t know this stuff, too. [0] https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Li

I largely agree with you, but: How hard is it to use HN formatting? I can’t count how many times people screw it up. It’s not difficult to begin with, the documentation is free, yet here I am reading your comment with broken formatting.

You might want to be aware of the Rest-of-US locality rate, which is around 14~15%. A base pay of 72k would be ~82k w/ locality (Rest of US) vs ~92k (DC).
