That's what confuses me, a bit. Consider just as a hypothetical that Facebook is the single most unethical company on earth. Just as an example, whether you agree with it or not. I still wouldn't necessarily agree with what's

And so yet another thing Facebook touches turns into garbage. This is from the same company that promises transparency... yet buys up their competition and does this (and shares data between Whatsapp and FB). They really have no moral compa

I am so, so angry at Zuck's repeated public exhortations of "We care about you"... while ruthlessly crushing their competition and having repeated scandals. I don't like bad things people do in general but when it comes

Unrelated but this is why Facebook sucks, you can't meaningfully vote with your wallet if your friends are on Facebook because then you have to stay on Facebook because that's where everything is (Yes, cue the comments saying &quo

How does the internal culture at FB come to grips with the world's vision of them as creepy and amoral and still do stuff like this anyway?

Yeah forums where the company "interacts" with users is great. "This change is beneficial." "No, it isn't." "Yes, it is." "But it isn't!" "We respect your feedback but we'

I still find Facebook has one of the most toxic cultures of any company out there. All they've ever done during their history is betray user trust, but it's ok as long as they keep 'apologizing' and then doing nothing to

Why do you insist on switching to Top Stories even when the user consistently switches back to Most Recent? Why are there not more granular privacy controls? Why is what a user sees of their friends that which is in the audience for a post?

But you shouldn't be able to just find things like that so easily. Sure if I go on a post I could find it but the fact Facebook notifies me of this in the first place is incredibly disrespectful.
