My feeling is that people need to stop building graphical node editors until we've solved some basic issues and agreed on some common standards. 1. Playing nice with version control. Opening a graph and moving a node by one pixel shoul

OK but then why would a manufacturer ever use a E number - considering the stigma attached? Only when the other name "sounds worse"? Is there a legal threshold where you have to use the E number?

I don't think so. I wanted to voice this quickly without a detailed rebuttal as yours is the top comment and I don't think it's correct. Hopefully someone will do my homework for me (or alternatively tell me I'm wrong!).

I genuinely don't see any. What are you doing to get the algorithm to feed you content like that? Or if this isn't in your feed - what are you basing your estimate on? I don't doubt there's a ton of it - but I'm cur

If you accept a physical basis for fifths (by virtue of the harmonic series) then surely it's not a major leap (no pun intended) from that to thirds? As you get further along the series you're moving from simple to complex ratios.

Maybe prettifier was the wrong word. I've definitely used code formatting tools that offer sorting of certain syntax elements as a feature. (Python imports in PyCharm springs to mind)

Could some of this be mitigated by running a prettifier post-merge?
