In an ideal world yes. But from past experience many users have the association for mailto links misconfigured. It's a terrible user experience.

> Hetzner is well known Well - not that well known. I can find references to less egregious incidents - i.e. they ban running actual crypto software. Do you have any links I could read to find out more about the more extreme end of you

If you're trying to sensibly engage people in discussion about this then you probably want to provide some context. I personally have no idea what you're referring to.

To be fair - you trashed your music library. I used Picard many times. I just never pushed a button labelled "go ahead and do whatever you want to all my files".

I think it's just one of those things that people tend to use when they actually don't need something that complex. It seems to have supplanted a lot of other tools in domains where you're not doing dynamic scaling or any of

There's several popular technologies where that I would regard a general, background antipathy towards as a positive hiring signal and Kubernetes would be one of them.

I presume they do for loops the same way Python does? Which takes a couple of minutes to get used to and is perfectly fine. I wish C# did this more like Python to be honest.

But OP did a (admittedly flawed) test. Have you got anything to back up your claim here? We've all got our own hunches but this post was an attempt to test those hypotheses.

Also - is there a chance GPT is relying on it's training data for some questions? i.e. you don't even need to give it the table. To be sure - shouldn't you be asking questions based on data that is guaranteed not to be in it&

In most cases a repo without a licence isn't an intentional thing. And if I was to suggest a licence to someone that didn't care much about licences Apache2 is a fine choice. I see no need to assume there's something nefariou

I'm not sure where I said that but I certainly didn't intend to give that impression. I use AI either as an unblocker to get me started, or to write a handful of lines that are too complex to do from memory but not so complex that

Yeah. There is a psychological benefit to using AI that I find very beneficial. A lot of tasks that I would have avoided or wasted time doing task avoidance on suddenly become tractable. I think Simon Willison said something similar.

You have to use the ORM with a bit of awareness of the query it it generates. Django provides plenty of tools and great documentation for reducing, combining and managing queries. It's not like it's a deep dark corner. It's l
