You can use openai playground, copy and paste the entire book in the playground and then ask it questions. The cost will be high but it will provide what you need. I heard this method works great for using new documentation, needing to comb

I agree, Apple generated 85 billion from their App Store sales in 2022. They have a rigorous refund policy making it easy to opt into purchases, work to opt-out, and nearly impossible to get a refund. EU policy's lessen the difficulty.
