A distressing response. The 5th Amendment is pretty clear that the right to not self-incriminate paramount, and does not mention obstruction of justice in any clause. The issue seems to be subjective views on what self-incrimination is and

The rate at which law enforcement attempts to chip away at Constitutional Rights to pursue agendas is frightening. Perhaps it's always been this way, and I've only recently started to notice it.

I'm on year 3 with some AGMs. I bought used group 24 AGM batteries from a local used/recycler battery joint that were used in large hospital battery backup applications - they're typically never cycled but once for testing an

LiFePo are starting to make a splash (pun intended) in the marine sector now that costs have started to fall, but lead acid still rules the roost. I have 4 AGMs and one Lithium in my vessel.

I made a request for more nuance, which you provided in a follow up reply. I certainly did not demand that of you; to do so would have been laughable.

reviewing your other comments on HN, you seem to skew towards assuming hostility or contention, rather than the opposite. I suggest you're viewing my comments through the same lens.

Five thousand years of recorded history suggests that's a pipe dream. Such cultures only exist in fiction (that we know of). Utopia is often described as imaginary.

I love HN. Anecdotal evidence that goes against the accepted narrative will be downvoted to oblivion. Anecdotal evidence that supports the narrative is praised.

Please be more nuanced in your replies when painting with a wide brush. Florida is absolutely exploding right now, and there's so much housing construction here that one can expect to wait for months for contractor availability. I&#x27

The existence of prior bad policy doesn't negate continuance of bad policy. If we were speaking about the prior administration, the same point would apply. This will have significant impact on several generations to come.
