I agree with the first part, but not with your conclusion. There is way too much litigation. Hospitals and staff are using defensive legal strategies-- obscuring docs, discouraging internal (written) investigation, delaying urgent treatme

In the aviation industry pilots rarely get sued personally. IMO, the issue is more about legal system than it is about the medical one.

Visible mistakes generate lawsuits. There used to be more processes, removing them was generally a legal necessity.

Unfortunately, the key to losing money, health and family while attempting to build an idea also seems to be blind faith.

You're choosing between a person who didn't write a readme and a person who did. Anything beyond that is unfounded bias IMHO. (I have a lot of personal projects and I've conducted interviews)

Please add implementation details. I've once made a search engine that could support a similar feature set. It's possible that we did the same core tricks but I have no way to evaluate this.

This is really well done. I've got to mention two missing features that I find important: 1 - help popups: it will be nice if terms had a small help icon that can display a little context on hover/press (that's a quick win, m

It's not easy, but there are capable developers that are proficient in data science and it may be cost effective to hire one such (high cost) programmer than one (average cost) data-scientist and another (average cost) programmer.
