"Goods need to go through Israel/Gaza borders"- unless Egypt and EU will want to let goods go through the Egypt/Gaza border. I'm not arguing that goods are currently flowing from Egypt. I'm saying that they could if Egypt and the EU would want them to. So the original comment you responded to was correct in wondering why Egypt is not being mentioned.
