Seems like github added a new ip address for me `192.30.253.113`.. `Warning: Permanently added the RSA host key for IP address '192.30.253.113' to the list of known hosts.` Never seen this message before.

Perhaps, instead of reading Programming books, people should master the core tenets of programming first such as OO from such books as "clean code", "Code complete". That will make it easier for readers to understand and

I agree 100% that monocultures are dangerous. But too much fragmentation is also harmful. For example, now we have github, gitlab, mercuirial(bitbucket).. I only use the above 3.. but I am sure I can come up with 100 different github/g

I wonder what was the reason this was written in C++, not in Python or other interpreted languages? Is speed a concern here?

I know there are a lot of code review tools, but with GITHUB and all the tools they make available, I wonder why the other code-review tools are still being developed/maintained.
