I've noticed a lot of people setting up UK limited companies for similar reasons - you can do it online for a few pounds and there seem to be very few checks done on your identity or business plan when you do so.

I registered just to say thank you for WordGrinder! I used it for a long time when I was in a sysadmin non-job where there was very little work to do. I used to write blog posts in WordGrinder in a terminal over SSH (so it looked like work)
