It feels like that started happening around 2014-2015. I genuinely wonder if he is afflicted with some mental issue. I stopped following him and the comics when he started blogging about how great trump was.

As a society we should not create our support creating through inaction an environment where people feel it’s necessary to sell their dignity. Would you agree? Amazon is big enough that it can create systemic problems where free market does

by aldebran 4y ago
That’s because the higher pay comes at the cost of peeing in bottles aka losing human dignity. It feels like there’s no shortage of people out to defend Amazon either.

I disagree that it’s sensationalized. The intentions do seem to work towards neutralizing.

You probably already know this: This has less to do with India or Indians and more to do with the fact that outsourcing a whole project tends to go to low bidders and hiring is held at a high bar. This is just self selection. Pay top dollar

When we had kids (party recently), there was education about breastfeeding but I did not see pressure and zero mention of IQ. They did have tables showing the nutrients in Breastmilk vs formula. That itself was scientific. No judgement eith

Uhh what? How did you get this? In my experience it’s been the opposite. There’s stigma around breastfeeding in public. People aren’t breastfeeding and using formula because of a lack of education and the associated stigma.

This is exactly it. I fly to India. SEA to FRA to India is the general route. Lufthansa has the shortest flight times including the layover in Frankfurt. Every other airline takes at least a couple of hours more. Some take 4+ hours longer.

I laugh my ass off so many times I see this. The toy is on the side and the box that the toy came in is apparently more fun. That or Costco boxes. They’re sturdy and can fit kids inside them. Lol

100% My kids (boys) have probably a couple thousand dollars worth of toys in the house. You know what they enjoy playing with? “Toys” that we’ve made together. Planes, boats etc. the one exception probably is Legos. Legos are cool! Get lego

Frankfurt airport is marginally better. Flights stop in the middle of the runway. Take a bus. Buses are late. Walk for what feels like eternity. No regard for accessibility. I’ve met multiple senior citizens frail, waiting for their wheel c

It’s easier to transition. Things look and cook similar to what you’re used to. It helps plan meals better and is less disorienting.

Is that the case? My experience is that many people am have less patience for people who are willfully ignorant and intentionally anti-intelligence and anti-progress. Given the political climate, at least in the US, would you blame them? In

Won’t that cause the fonts to download again if they were loaded by Google fonts? I thought the reason to use something like Google fonts was to have the fonts download only once.

Relax, sir/Ma’am. The person above you isn’t playing a victim or anything of the sort. How about you provide data to prove him wrong instead of just saying he’s perpetuating a false narrative ? What big use cases do we have that are li

Heard about the day 1 thing? It also applies to people. I feel Amazon views Human Resources as tissues to use and discard. You know it needs to be discarded and you know a fresh one is better. Might as well use it up fast and toss it out. T

Local businesses just give the post a bunch of shit to drop at every address. Your and my post person doesn’t give a shit about our opt outs. They’ll deliver this to everyone. I’ve tried man. I’ve lost hope at this point.

My post person wrote “you can’t just decline mail” and dropped it back in my mailbox. I did write “return to sender” on it. I even tried writing “return to sender. Declined by receiver”. I wrote to the postmaster general. Nothing came of it
