The sapient cow that wants nothing more than to be eaten has stuck with me since the very first time I read it. It's like it was targeted right at militant vegans before there were militant vegans.

It's even worse - 12h battery life wouldn't really be a problem if I could swap in a spare battery or choose to bulk up my device with a 100 watt hour battery.

I got one of those at retail price a few years ago and it's still one of the best cards out there in terms of video memory. I'd have to upgrade to a 3080Ti or 3090 to have it beat.

I always though the way Windows' Geometry3D[0] element worked was really nice. You define a list of points in a particular order. Whether a face is on the "inside" or "outside" depends on the direction you "win

Villages in Spain don't get 100 - 140" (10-12 meters) of rain a year and they don't have months of 100+ °F (38 °C) heat at 100% humidity. The extreme climate there is hard to describe.

Ever since Mojang was sold to MS in 2014, I'd say his notoriety has dropped quite a bit. Most people that would have been familiar with him are now in their mid teens at the youngest.

I second this insight. I'm a pressure vessel designer by trade. I got my numbers for all of this here[0] Liquefied hydrogen either needs to be stored cryogenically as a liquid, or at a very high pressure as a gas (65 MPa). I'm ign
