Afaik there are some ways to get approval for individual vehicles to be imported in the EU, even if non compliant with EU rules, for specific purposes and with a case-by-case basis, which grants such vehicles an exemption. This requires a p

lifetime, no-ads deals that are supposed to sustain a for-profit company are mostly a scam, unless it's a free tier designed to upsell (e.g. Dropbox). That's it. Give me a good 3y or 5y deal, then we're friends.

Much more than 10y. Twisted existed since the 90s. I didn’t read the whole article but I find is strange that it’s not mentioned, ever.

I think it’s an old analogy, and a good one. LLMs are for knowledge what mp3s were for audio. This was widely discussed in the past years as well.

If you login from your phone, it’s still one device. Should we have different totps for different devices? Something that you have can be your own pc.

This is called DANE. I don’t know if I missed an implied /s in your message. You overlooked the need for DNSSEC, so another PKI with his own quirks, and somehow less reliable than CAs.

Afaik databricks is just selling shares on private markets rather than IPOing in order to retain more independence. I can’t know if it’s completely true ofc, but that’s what employees are told.

hard drives intentionally use giga and tera rather than gibi and tebi. They're right; it's the memory sticks that are usually wrong :-)

They also cover vaping. While smoking harms are clear and its impact on room smell is evident, the connection is pretty weak for vaping. Unless it’s a crowded bar with lots of vaping people, I can’t tell if somebody has previously used an

Carefully reviewed greenfield project; I don’t think this is astonishing, and I very much love they recorded the prompts. Question is: will this work for non-greenfield projects as well? Usually 95% of work in a lifetime is not greenfield.

I doubt you need that much bandwidth or reliability. Training is “on site”, you just need to upload training material once, then download the trained model.

Good lights last more (I have a Blackburn lamp and it’s working) but it’s still less convenient than dynamo. You need to remove and remount it every time, with the risk of dropping or forgetting. Ofc if you mount fixed battery-powered light

I suppose you’re a casual cyclist and you don’t commute on a daily basis. If you commute on a daily basis, a hub dynamo and light system is a bliss. Just hop on the bike and go. I have used bikes with Shimano, SP and Son for thousands of km

Well you can and should create multiple coroutine/tasks and then gather them. If you replace cuda with network calls, it’s exactly the same problem. Nothing to do with asyncio.

For simple scripts (I never succeeded using it on something really complex, but it's great when you don't want to use bash but need something like Python) I had used this approach that still works nowadays and has no uv dependency
