   I hate Apple for lots of things. But they have done exceptional work with M1/M2. Imagine that power efficiency on servers. Saving so much energy.

   I think reason is that Qualcomm need to sell to Phone makers so they can't make their SoC very expensive. On the other hand Apple can make expensive SoC without worrying about sales

   I had totally different experience, One i bought with Exynos was Battery hog, Mediatek ones generally have bad performance.

   I feel Mobile CPUs are fast enough from last 5-6 years. Its the battery tech which is lagging. On Laptop/Server side Qualcomm need to catch up to AMD/Apple.

   Less horrible than other solution OP mentioned. Go ecosystem is great for CLIs, Web services but Desktop app support is not so great

    Punjab has an unemployment issue as well as they are obsessed with counties like Canada and Australia because they can have much better lifestyle and they can boast to everyone that they are NRI and own big cars

    There are so many people from developing countries who desperately want to migrate to a developed country. Indians(specifically from Punjab state) spend their whole life's earning to migrate illegally to US/Canada/Australia.

    Thanks, same here. I was tired cropping images to random percentage to get close to required size. Part of it is FOSS, I am using https://github.com/akmittal/optimg-wasm to compress images offline
