   Most people pay because babel is useful and they want to support the project. Funds going to wrong hands is different deal.

    This seems great, kudos for this. There are quite a lot of project which emulator MacOS, Windows, Ubuntu. I am always surprised by attention to detail. Like it can open files, wow. Its has a terminal too.

    I don't think it would be that much cheaper to make 28nm now. 2-3 generations behind mainstream should be cheapest. PI 4 was launched around 2 years back. So if PI5 is launched today they will mist probably go for 12nm.

    Apple's M1 has made ARM mainstream for laptops, Lets see which company does same for server space. Hopefully ARM on cloud will result in cheaper prices.

    This may change in near future, Chromium edge is biggest threat to them. Chromium edge is best of all worlds > Speed/UI of Chrome > Firefox like privacy > Backed by Big brand so cant be sold out(Opera/Vivandi/Brave)

    No marketshare for x86 on mobile was setback for Intel. Now with ARM started with Server marketshare(with AMD EPYC bigger threat in near future) problems are just gonna get bigger for Intel.

    Swift for tensorflow never made any sense. I remember only reason it started was one main developer on team liked swift. Tensorflow for nodejs makes much more sense, node community is lit bigger and not sponsored by big corp.

    I have created this command line tool which convert all project images to modern formats like AVIF/WEBP using libvips. There is also a super fast static web server which serves most optimal format supported by browser.
